When will my ad launch?

The standard launch date is 14 days from day of sale. You can request earlier launch dates (at no extra charge!) or up to 21 days.

What happens when someone clicks on my ad?

In addition to promoting your business, Easy360 also connects you with interested customers.

When a user clicks on your ad, it means they are interested in your business.

They can be sent to:

Your Google My Business Map listing
Your ProCard which gives customers the option to contact you through a phone call, text message or email as well as a link to your website.
Your website
Zillow.com profile. Free for:
Real Estate Agents
Mortgage Lenders
Home Improvement Services
Home Builders
Home Inspectors

Will I know if my ad is working?

You will, with Geo-Reports showing how many views and for mobile ads, how many clicks your ad has received so you know your ads are working hard for you.

Who will see my ads?

Potential targeted customers who live in the areas that you have chosen.

What size are the ads?

300×250 pixels is the size used for our mobile ads. 1920×1080 for TV ads

Can I edit my ad?

Yes, you can update your ad at any point througout your campaign by visiting View My Portal

Once there you will need to enter your email address (all lower case characters) in both the email and password fields.

Updates are unlimited. If you have already approved your advertisement please call 844-327-9436.

Why can’t I see my ad?

It’s normal to want to see your ad, and understandably frustrating when it can’t be found! Geofencing mobile ad networks are set up to give you the most bang for your buck and have taken a lot of factors into consideration to ensure just that. Here are a few of those factors;

1. The Target Demographic May Not Include You
Just because you own or manage a business does not mean that you fit the target demographic. This is certainly different for each company. For example, we have tons of real estate agents running GeoFencing ads and they want to show their ad to these demographics: Active Home Buyers, People Interested in Real Estate Loans, People Interested in Mortgage Insurance, Real Estate Buyers and the Platforms will display their ad to people who fit those demographics only.

Gone are the days of placing an ad then seeing it in a newspaper. Even though you may not see your ad on a mobile phone, we provide you with a personal website that will show your current ad and up to the minute graphs and data that show exactly when and where your ad was displayed.

2. You and your employees don’t need to see the ad
Geofencing is based on location. Platforms like Apple, Google and Microsoft can tell if you are in the same location day in and day out. Most likely this means that you are an employee of the business and don’t need to be shown your own ads and the platforms know this.

How can I view my analytics?

You can view your analytics by visiting View My Portal

Once there you will need to enter your email address (all lower case characters) in both the email and password fields.

How is my ad approved?

Your ad will be available in a custom portal created for you.. There are 3 ways for your ad to be approved:

1. After viewing your ad, submit changes in your portal and we will make the changes in 1-2 business days.

2. Does your ad look awesome? Great! simply click to approve and we will launch on the scheduled date.

3. Take your time, review your ad at your own pace, and make any changes up to the day before your scheduled launch date. If no changes are requested, your ad will auto launch!

FYI - We will also text/email you the day before launching.

What will be my average daily views?

If you purchased 4,000 monthly views, your ad will be displayed between 150-200 times daily, and could be displayed on any of over 8,000 apps. Increasing your exposure is easy and inexpensive.

Do I get to keep all the amazing creatives?

Absolutely! All the data, images, words, videos, jingles. Anything we put together to meet your goals is yours to keep. Whether you stay with us or move on to work with someone else.

What levels of advertising budgets do you require?

While we don’t have a specific minimum or maximum, our clients usually spend between $150 and $750 each month on their marketing campaigns. Remember, you can request we adjust the budget at any time. If we see that your campaign isn't running efficiently because of a budget issue, we will let you know.

Ultimately, it depends on what you feel comfortable spending. You can always scale up the ads if they aren't getting results.

Will I have to commit to your agency for a long time?

We won’t lock you into a long-term contract. But when it makes sense (like when we’re working on really big goals), we’ll ask for a larger commitment. Because it protects us both. When you do your free consultation, we can talk through the details.

Do I have to pick the apps or TV shows?

Think of us as your digital billboard. Anybody in your hometown using their phone can see it. No matter which app shows your ad, you can be assured that it is only targeting the type of clients in the area of your choice.
